Thanks to our coaching, I feel calmer and have more confidence in my own leadership.

As a result of our coaching, I have used time to reflect even more on learning situations in the classroom and on my own planning work, both logistically and systematically.

“Thanks to the classroom leadership coaching, I have developed better routines to save my own energy in different ways and instead focus on the students. My goal has been for the students to become better at helping themselves. I have been given clear tools that I have implemented and also have thoughts on how I will continue working towards that goal, after the programme. I have become better at setting clear boundaries for myself at home regarding work. Together with the students, I have taken a step forward towards an even better study atmosphere in the classroom. I feel more confident in handling difficult situations in the classroom.

After working with Sara, I feel like I have much more control in the classroom, can communicate my expectations better, can handle unforeseen events better and feel more confident in the classroom.

I have learned an incredible amount about myself and my own leadership role. I have gained insight into parts I had not previously reflected on. Now I really see the importance of reflection, it is thanks to Sara! I am incredibly grateful for our work, it has been fun and very educational for me!

The lesson visits have been worth their weight in gold. This has given me an incredible amount, both small and large: From how I check off the goal, starting with a ‘Do now’ and how I finish. A prerequisite for this has also been one-on-one coaching which has given me self-insight into what I think is important in the classroom.

As a result of working with Sara, I have become clearer in my preparations. I have changed my classroom and behaviour management – I have also become happier 🙂
