With each session, we clearly define your goals, identify actionable next steps and then support you to get them done. I support teachers in growing out of their current challenges with my term-long classroom leadership programme, using a blend of lesson observations, feedback conversations, 1:1 coaching and group coaching. Together, we create an atmosphere in their classroom in which both they and their students thrive. By the end of the programme, teachers will have made significant progress in a classroom leadership area of their choice, and feel more joy and confidence, and less stress, in their every-day life as a teacher.
